In Psalm 50:15 God says, “Call upon me in thy day of trouble: I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me.” My mom taught me this Scripture when I was three years old. I have used it many times in my life. We all struggle to reach out and let others help, but you are doing just that. You are asking God for guidance, you are calling out for help, and I believe that God will deliver you from your troubles. As a licensed counselor with over 30 years of experience, I will help you evaluate your current circumstances and accomplish your goals by using proven and effective techniques and strategies. As you draw from the power of the Holy Spirit, you will be led down the path of healing and purpose that God has for you.
I offer professional Christian counseling for teens and adult individuals. As your counselor, I will provide a warm, welcoming, and comfortable atmosphere where you can feel free to share your concerns and take steps toward finding the light. I will provide a safe space for you to bring all the hardest parts of your life and know you don’t have to carry them alone. With God’s guidance and direction through Christian counseling, you can experience lasting, positive change and find an anchor of hope in Him.
Life should be more than just pain and trials. Though they can serve a purpose, I believe that God has much more in store for you. My hope is to help you discover the wonderful joys and strength that lie beneath the pain and trauma you might be facing. Through Christ, we can conquer fear and find freedom, healing, and purpose. Whatever challenges you face, I offer you a safe place for you to discover all that God can do for your life.

Knowing when it’s time to seek counseling takes wisdom, courage, and humility. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I have experience in helping people who feel broken and unsure about the future. After 20 years of marriage, four kids, and an abundance of experience with mental health issues like depression and anxiety, I'd love to sit down with you and help you figure out the “Why?" and the "Now what?" regarding the challenges you’re facing—and discover where we can find the power to do such courageous and important work. Whether relational, behavioral, or mood concerns, I specialize in a deep and comprehensive approach toward freedom as we put the “grid of the gospel” down on each and every issue we work through together.
